Fall 2008 & Spring 2009 Presentation Reservation Request
The university has finally announced that Faculty House (our catering facility) will be closing for a period of at least 18 months for renovations. Due to many of the helpful comments and feedback we have received, the facility will be undergoing massive infrastructure upgrades (i.e. central air conditioning, electrical wiring, restroom additions). This means during the 2008-2009 season, and even for a portion of the 2009-2010 season, this facility will not be available for presentations or interview room overflow.
***We will have limited access to alternate venues. One of the policy impacts will be that employers will only be scheduled one full-time and one summer presentation. When submitting requests, please consider having divisions share time or resources to allow for venue limitations. ***

First date that on-campus presentations are allowed: 9/2/08 (the first day of classes in fall 2008)
When can companies begin booking?: 5/27/08
