Problems when Registering
My password is not working or I cannot log in to the system.
-
Passwords are case-sensitive. Double-check the case to make sure that passwords are being entered correctly. Those users who want a copy of their password sent to their email account should choose the "forgot your password" option.
-
Off-campus users, in order to access the system, need to enter their school password (or CUNIX ID) after entering their username and password. The CUNIX ID is the first part of a student's Columbia University email address.
I can't access InterviewTrak.
-
Only students and alumni of Columbia College, The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, The School of General Studies, The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, The School of the Arts, The School of Continuing Education (open to students and alumni of Degree Programs and Post-Baccalaureate Programs only), and The School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation have access to InterviewTrak. Students and/or alumni from these schools who do not have access to InterviewTrak may contact the Employer Relations Office at careereducation@columbia.edu.
I am not receiving emails about Temp Time or Career Education events.
-
Check the Career Education registration profile and make sure that the correct email address is listed.
-
Check the section called "Career Services Desired" in the registration profile to make sure that the appropriate services are selected.
I want to add or remove myself from Temp Time and other Career Education mailing lists.
-
To edit an account, log in and click "Career Education Registration." In the section marked "Career Services Desired," make the desired changes. These changes determine whether or not users are placed on mailing lists
Who sees my registration?
