Our most recent Networking from Home event highlighted the Consulting industry. For this iteration, we were joined by representatives from Bain & Company, CBPartners, Charles River Associates, Gemic, Kearney, Mars & Co. and OnPrem Solution Partners. Students listened and engaged with the professionals in both a large panel and individual breakout rooms. We covered a wide range of subjects throughout the afternoon and compiled a list of tips and takeaways from the event centered around skills, case interviews, and networking. The latest Networking from Home series even focused on all things finance. We hosted representatives from Vanguard, SMBC, Mastercard, Novantas, and Bank of NY Mellon for a 1-hour networking session on Zoom. Students were able to get introduced to all the representatives through learning quick facts about their organizations and preferences. Then there were three rounds of breakout rooms that lasted about 15 minutes in length, where students were able to ask any questions they had about the finance industry.Read more

At the end of every program, the Experiential Education team provides students in the spring internship programs a chance to reflect on their time in the program through reflection sessions. Students in each program spent time with the coordinator and employer relations partner to share insights, craft resume bullets, and articulate their skills and competencies gained throughout the semester in small groups.Read more
