The programs provide a community of peers with whom you go through tailored professional development training. You also receive career counseling support alongside your experience to help you best prepare, be successful in the workplace, build your professional network, and reflect on your experience upon completion.

Career Exploration Summit

The Career Exploration Summit (CES) is a virtual opportunity for undergraduates to explore and engage with organizations and alumni in brand name companies across various industries. The program will include 2-hour virtual visits across three days to meet with alumni and employers where you will have the opportunity to explore careers while gaining valuable networking skills. Employer partners and alumni hosts from organizations will discuss the most pressing trends across a range of industries.

Student Takeaways from their Transition to Virtual Internships

At the end of every program, the Experiential Education team provides students in the spring internship programs a chance to reflect on their time in the program through reflection sessions.
